Millie Cox

Millie Cox has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She earned her degree in 1987 and soon became a Group Insurance Underwriter at CNA Insurance. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, her background includes Group Insurance Underwriting, Operations Analysis, Account Management, and she has spent the last eight years in Sales Management at a Fortune 200 company. This experience assures that she can be an excellent resource in assisting both large and small corporations with their insurance and retirement planning. 

Millie is now ready to provide her hands-on experience to identify business insurance needs for you, the business owner, whether your company is a large corporation or a mom and pop operation with one employee. She’s able to provide consultative services to employers which include business brokerage services, disability needs assessment, and alternative health plans.
 
With her extensive account management experience, she can effectively manage the implementation process of new accounts from beginning to end.
 
Currently Millie specializes in providing the following services: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, and Fixed Annuities.
 

William W. Graham, Ph.D.

Bill serves Turnbridge Financial Group as the V.P. of Risk Management.  His experience includes over 25 years working with a range of small businesses to large corporations, helping owners, directors and the rest of the employees preserve and grow their incomes.  During the past 8 years he has served on business advisory boards, consulted for non-profit associations and unions, and helped individuals and organizations with their professional and business development.  He brings a wealth of experience since he has owned and run three businesses in transportation, food production and management consulting.  From this experience he knows well how to conduct all of the critical functions in business, helping to grow their financial bottom line while reducing their tax liabilities.  He has also been a faculty member at local community colleges and National Louis University providing education in human relations, business analysis and ethics.  He has also written two books—one in management development and the other a children’s reading primer.  Since joining the financial services industry about seven years ago, he now utilizes his range of experiences to help owners of businesses and their employees protect and grow their finances.  He has achieved a B.A. in Psychology from Wooster College; M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Psychology and Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University.

Peter Whitfield joins the Turnbridge Financial Group as Vice President of Investments.  He brings 15+ years of consulting and industry experience and a diverse focus in design and execution of corporate strategies, product marketing plans and business development programs that capitalize on industry evolutions as well as emerging market trends and technological advances. Delivering strong revenue, profit, and market share for two fortune 500 companies, Peter executed successful campaigns that expanded product awareness and brand image in the Pharmaceutical and Insurance industry. 
 
In 2001, Peter received his Undergraduate and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Florida A&M University.  Currently, he sits on the Board of Directors of both The Whitfield Group Inc. and Enitative Group Inc. and is Chief Operations Officer of Mellowmoodz.com. 
 
With Award recognitions from Rookie of the Year to Million Dollar Round Table Member, Peter brings 9 years of financial services experience, and a diverse understanding of both Large Corporations and Small Business initiatives to Turnbridge Financial Group.
